| Airline Services Coordinator
Brief Overall Job Description:
The Airline Services Coordinator, under the supervision of the Manager of Inflight, has primary oversight responsibility for aircraft cleaning, stocking, inventory control and catering coordination duties related to the company’s large aircraft.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The Airline Services Coordinator’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assuring readiness of the aircraft prior to each flight
- Overseeing cleaning of aircraft interior, cabin utensils and linens
- Assuring correctness of catering orders prior to each flight
- Maintaining, and monitoring for quality assurance, the aircraft inventory stocking list
- Purchasing items based on special requests and according to the aircraft stocking list
- Accounting for consumables used on each flight
- Restocking the aircraft prior to each flight
- Establishing and maintaining good relationships with all coworkers, vendors (flight attendants, cleaners, maintenance and line personnel, caterers)
- Special projects and duties assigned by the Manager of Inflight or designee
Qualifications:
- Professional degree or an equivalent combination of training and experience
- Breadth of food service experience including ordering equipment/supplies, inventory control and service
- One or more years of work experience in a supervisory and/or lead position
- A minimum of one year of experience as a Part 121 flight attendant strongly preferred
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong computer skills
- Strong work ethic, organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
- High level of personal and professional integrity
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends

Flight Attendant
Brief Overall Job Description:
With safety as the number one goal, the Flight Attendant’s responsibility is to ensure the comfort of passengers while delivering friendly, enthusiastic and professional service in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment requiring high energy and constant face-to-face interaction. In addition, the Flight Attendant must be prepared to provide leadership and direction to assist passengers during non-routine operations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Inspecting cabin safety and convenience equipment
- Ensuring the aircraft interior is clean and the inventory is accurate and onboard
- Reviewing cabin checklists, emergency equipment, and procedures
- Coordinating all catering requirements
- Being directly responsible to the aircraft Captain during flight, taking no action independent of the Captain or First Officer’s direction
- Greeting passengers and assisting with stowing their carry-on baggage
- Introducing passengers to cabin features including proper care of equipment and aircraft interior
- Reinforcing and ensuring rules/regulations are followed
- Conducting safety briefing, including review of emergency procedures, prior to departure
- Preparing and serving food and beverages
- Attending to the comforts of passengers during flight
- Reporting all irregularities to the Captain
- Maintaining strictest confidentiality in all matters and communications
- Attending to other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; two years of college preferred
- Current U.S. Passport
- One or more years of flight attendant experience
- Successful completion of FBI criminal history check
- Successful completion of post-offer DOT pre-employment drug screening
- Knowledge of food preparation, presentation and serving techniques
- Able to stand, stoop, bend, squat, twist and be able to push, pull and lift up to 50 pounds
- Positive professional disposition and appearance
- Strong verbal communication skills that include speaking to large groups and individuals
- Personal Integrity, accountability and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Excellent work ethic and demonstrated ability to act with purpose and urgency
