KaiserAir is advertising an immediate opening for a full-time Airline Services Station Manager.
The Airline Services Station Manager will oversee the day-to-day operational, administrative and managerial functions of the STS ground handling operation. Responsibilities include oversight of all ground operations, including aircraft handling, passenger services, cargo operations and interface with airline representatives.

Job Qualifications
- A minimum of one year of airport management/operations experience or previous airline experience in a supervisory, management or administrative capacity
- Must have previous customer service management experience in high volume environment
- Strong leadership, customer service and conflict resolution skills
- Possess strong interpersonal, communication and organization skills
- Ability to work under pressure and cope with conflicting priorities
- Proven ability to direct and motivate staff
- Dependability and ability to work a flexible schedule
- Flexible, determined to succeed, and self-motivated
- Professional in appearance and demeanor
